Coaching

Systemic coaching is the resource and solution oriented support of individuals and groups.

With the systemic approach, the problem is viewed as part of a system. In which environment and context does it arise? When does it not? Who and what is involved?

The client is supported in recognizing behavioral patterns and describing possible solutions for him- or herself.

In a free initial consultation, the coaching process and the client's concerns are explored in more detail. Subsequent sessions last an average of 90 minutes.

The following are typical examples of systemic coaching topics:

  • Professional orientation
  • Transition to a new role
  • Difficulties in making decisions
  • Recurring conflicts
  • Understanding (and changing) habits / behavior
  • Setting goals and prioritizing
  • Dealing with change
