About me
My passion lies in supporting people in recognizing their own potential and strengths, while developing them further. The focus is on quality rather than quantity. My goal is to help you grow.

My Profile
My origin
My name is Nicole Smeal-Biber. I grew up in the United States and came to Germany as part of my studies. More than 20 years later, Germany has become my home of choice and I am very happy to have landed in Frankfurt. Here you will find people from all over the world and there is always something new to discover.
My career
Growing up, I wanted to be a teacher. As the conditions for teachers in the U.S. aren't ideal, my parents talked me out of this dream. It was important to them that I have the chance to be "successful", so I studied International Business... with German studies, because I found the language so interesting. After completing a bachelor's degree in the U.S., I continued my studies in Germany in order to obtain a "Diplom", only to realize that I am not a typical economist. Instead, I entered the non-profit sector in intercultural education and there rediscovered my passion for education. I soon started planning and leading workshops and seminars for our customers. Since then, I have completed various trainer and coaching courses and have worked with universities, large corporations, medium-sized companies and start-ups to broaden my knowledge and experience. I find it fascinating to immerse myself in the different company cultures and to learn more about the employees and their needs. After more than 15 years in this field, I can't imagine being anything other than a trainer and coach.
